Are you interested in learning what mindfulness is and how it can benefit you? Join me for a 4-week course where I will guide you through various types of mindfulness meditations and show you how you can incorporate mindfulness into your daily life. Practices will include Body Scan Meditation, Mindful Eating, Mindful Walking, Loving-Kindness Meditation and Mindfulness of Breathing.
