Mindfulness Coaching Sessions

I offer 1 on 1 virtual coaching sessions that can help you explore, develop, and/or sustain a daily mindfulness practice. I do this by teaching meditation, breathwork, social-emotional learning strategies, and gentle mindful movement. Sessions are tailored to your goals and interests.
Mindfulness coaching sessions are offered in a 3-Session package that will take place over a month or two. Sessions will last about 45 minutes to an hour. In-between coaching sessions, you will receive short-guided meditations specifically designed for you, resources for at-home daily mindfulness practices based on what we discussed, and personalized next steps.
